We strongly recommend you to stick to our guidelines and make us aware of any possible issue. We are here to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Before cleaning

Electricity

Please, make sure you have a working power outlet somewhere in 100-150 feet range of your parking spot. Also, make sure the outlet is not sharing any load, because the machines we will be using are heavy duty and can trip off your circuit breaker. Please, allow the technician to reset the circuit-breaker by his/her own without calling you.

Water

We may use your water if needed. A hose at your location, or a spigot(outdoor outlet), or even a couple of buckets of water will be enough.
Please, be noted that our guys carry buckets and hoses. Just show them where the hose may be hooked up or from where they may get water in the buckets.
Some of our guys carry water. They may not bother you with water.

Parking

Make sure there is enough room around your vehicle that the technicians can easily work on your vehicle.
Also, make sure to get them an open parking slot for parking their vehicle.
Make the technicians aware of any unpleasant experience with the neighborhood they may face.

Belongings

Please, dont leave your important stuff in the vehicle whether it's jewelry, cash, documents, medicins, clothes, shoes or anything else. We dont take any liability of your belongings left in the vehicle.
This applies to the coins as well. The machine sucks all the coins coming its way, so, its better to get your coins with you or leave it as the trash.

Trash

We strongly recommend to get all the easy to collect trash out of the vehicle before the technicians arrive. This will help you save some time for the professionals to do things for you that need professional attention, that might not have been done due to the time limitations.
Collect the coins as well. We may not be able to save the coins for you.

Electronics

Please, make the technicians aware of any electronic devices that might be susceptible to water. It's better to cover such devices with water proof materials.
This applies to the external devices you might have installed for kids, or for music. It also applies to the internal devices and connections made visible due to the wear & tear of your vehicle. Or the devices that you might have installed as an upgrade to the vehicle.

After cleaning

See Results

Have a look through your vehicle and make sure you have got what you were promised in the service details. Please be noted that if your vehicle was bad and the technician was not able to complete everything on time, then ask him politely if he can help any further.

Payment

You will have to pay the technicians directly Or Clean N Shine LLC as soon the job will be finished.
We accept all major payment methods. Fee may apply to certain payment types though.
Let the technician know which payment would you be using.

Park uncovered

Make sure to park the vehicle in the sun for at least couple of hours. Crack the windows down, not all the way, because dust storms are very common in Arizona. Dont put the floor matts back untill the vehicle is completely dried.
Make sure it's all dried before use. Keep using fragrance of your flavor and choice. Enjoy your vehicle again.

Please, be noted that we have certain limitations as a business, mobile services providers and also apply certain limitations to our services so that we may finish the job in the reported time.
